<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">With this command you can undo the last command or select from the list box (long mouse click on the icon) the command that you want to undo.</help:help-text> Confirm the selection with the Return key.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Every click on the icon undoes the previous command, then the one before that, and so on. You can set the number of steps that you can undo in <help:link Id="68529" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Tools - Options - <help:productname>%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> - General</span></help:link>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Note that not all commands (e.g. changing styles) can be undone with this function.</p>
<p class="Head2">Notes for database tables</p>
<p class="Paragraph">For database tables it is only possible to undo the last command.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Generally, you can cancel the command <span class="T1">Reverse</span> with the <help:link Id="65707" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"> Restore</help:link> command. This is not possible with the database tables.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Please notice when you are editing database tables: content changes to the already saved table can be reversed with the <span class="T1">Reverse</span> icon. If you change the content of a record which you have not saved, the last action will not be reversed. Instead, the procedure "Enter a New Record" will be saved, that is the record will be completelely erased.</p>
<p class="Head2">Note for presentations</p>
<p class="Paragraph">If you select a new slide layout in a presentation, the list of undo actions must be deleted. A note appears reminding you of this, and if necessary you can cancel your choice of a new slide layout.</p>
